K&K is a growing company, and continues to look for better ways to take care of our customers.

We are looking to fill our sales territories (below) with experienced sales professionals from across the United States.


TX - Houston/The Woodlands

FL - Central & South Florida

K & K Territory Account Managers are responsible for taking an existing account base and growing the total sales for each account. In addition, they are responsible for prospecting by type of customer in a specific assigned geography and opening new accounts each week. This includes developing relationships with accounts through constant communication and support. The most beautiful Showroom in our industry is located at the AmericasMart in Atlanta, and is available for use on a daily basis. All Account Manager team members’ efforts must support the company's overall strategy and goals.

The Account Manager is expected to:

  1. Work in the field representing the K & K product line exclusively.
  2. By using a sales ‘consultant’ philosophy, work hard to grow the business of existing customers in an assigned geographic area
  3. Cold call in an effort to open new accounts in an assigned geographic area
  4. Be an expert with respect to the product lines at K & K
  5. Develop product presentations for customers and prospects
  6. Use EMUNWorks software to write orders
  7. Achieve daily/weekly/quarterly sales goals
  8. Be self-motivated and passionate about product and customers
  9. Live in the territory

Required experience and knowledge:

  1. 3-5 years sales experience in wholesale or retail
  2. Experience in the giftware/home décor or fashion accessories industries preferred, but not required.
  3. It doesn’t hurt to have a flair for design, but being a strong closer is most important
  4. Experience as a Field sales person preferred, but not required
  5. Demonstrated success working in a goal oriented environment
  6. Demonstrated track record of sales success
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, including Excel and Word
